LOFT | 30 is the newest art gallery in the emerging Art District of Williamsburg, Brooklyn in New York City.

LOFT | 30 is a product of the imagination and love for the arts of Luca A. Zerbini (Owner and Art-Lover) combined with the experience and extensive art network of Ambre Kelly (Art Gallery Director), who has worked for Art Miami and Design Miami for a number of years.

LOFT | 30is the new space in the emerging Art District in Williamsburg - Brooklyn.  The location is truly unique, as the Gallery is hosted in Penthouse 2 of Tower One of the Toll Brothers development North Side Piers.  Being on the 29th and 30th floors of this waterfront property, the gallery enjoys a unique view of the Manhattan skyline both through the floor to ceiling windows or through the private terrace on the 31st (Roof) floor. www.northsidepiers.com
